毛	毛利さん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 引っ越しを機に、以前通っていたサロンに行けなくなり、他のトリミングサロンを探していたところ雰囲気の良さそうなこちらのサロンを見つけ予約しました。店舗も綺麗ですし、ヒアリングシートも細かく記入でき、受付してくれた方もとても良かったのですが、肝心の仕上がりは最悪。綺麗に伸ばしていた、おパンツカットはガタガタ、マズル部分もガタガタ、耳もガタガタ。バリカン以外のハサミカットの場所は全てガタガタでかなりショックを受けました。担当の方には「◯◯ちゃん苦手な作業が多いようで..何をするにも泣き叫ぶし大変でした」と。他にも悪口に近い言い方をされました。 3年間、こちらを合わせて5店舗、月に1回トリミングに連れて行っていますが、初めて言われましたし、始めてこんな仕上がりになりました。口コミを書こうと思った決定打は、家でのブラッシング時です。何をされたかわかりませんが、トラウマになったのか今まで喜んでブラッシングさせてくれていたのに凄く嫌がる様になりました。動物は嘘をつきません。何かトラウマになるような事をされてしまったんだと思います。こちらは預ける以上信用してお願いしています。もう少し動物の気持ちに寄り添って接して頂きたかったです。もうお願いするつもりはありませんが、改善されますように願っています。 When I moved, I couldn't go to the salon I used to go to, and when I was looking for another trimming salon, I found this salon that looked good and made a reservation. The person in charge said, "It seems that there are many tasks that ◯◯ -chan is not good at .. It was hard to cry and do anything." There were other words that were close to bad words. For three years, I've been taking a total of five stores for trimming once a month, but I was told for the first time, and for the first time, this is the finish. The decisive factor in writing a review was when brushing at home. I don't know what I was doing, but I've been happy to brush it because I was traumatized, but now I really hate it. Animals do not lie. I think I've done something traumatic. Please trust this as long as you deposit it. I wanted you to be a little closer to the feelings of the animals. I'm not going to ask you anymore, but I hope it will be improved.
