★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 携帯の保証サービスで機種を変え新しい携帯へのデータ移行に行きましたがライン等の移行手続きは自分でして下さいと全く対応していただけず帰りました。その後ドコモの遠隔サポートサービスで親切に手続きして頂き使用出来るようになりました。ドコモとドコモショップのサービスの差が良くわかりました。
