There is a roof. From the Namboku Line, you can go up the escalator from Bunkyo Civic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらは 東京都､文京区にある文京区シビックセンター(文京区役所) にある シェアサイクルの "サイクルポート" である。
場所は文京シビックセンターの１Ｆで丁度 地下鉄の春日駅を地上に出てきた直ぐ脇の所に位置する。
駅からも近く非常に便利な為、普段は利用者も多く待機している自転車も少ないが、比較的に日中の時間帯なら１台～２台程はあるようだ。
ここ最近でこちらの "シェアサイクル" もあちこちに随分と増えたようで、街中を歩いていると結構乗っている人を目にするようになった。当方も便利で頻繁に利用するが、一度利用するとその便利さが良く分り最近では自分の自転車が有るにも関わらず、シェアサイクルを利用するという、何とも本末転倒な事をしている(笑)
This is the "Cycle Port" of the share cycle located at Bunkyo Ward Civic Center (Bunkyo Ward Office) in Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo.
The place is located on the first floor of Bunkyo Civic Center, right next to Kasuga Station on the subway.
It is very close to the station and very convenient, so usually there are many users and few bicycles are waiting, but it seems that there are one or two cars during the daytime relatively.
In recent years, this "share cycle" seems to have increased considerably here and there, and I have come to see people riding quite a bit when walking around the city. I also use it frequently and conveniently, but once I use it, I understand the convenience well and recently I use my share cycle despite having my own bicycle, I am doing something quite endless (laugh)
