★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付スタッフは、感じはいいが、要領を得ない回答ばかりで話が通じない。
キッズスクールに関しては、レッスン中のコーチたちは良さそうだったが、
初めてで場所もわからない子どもに1人でトイレに行かせたり、レッスンの場所まで案内しないなど、信じられない気遣いの無さ。
子どもを指定の場所まで案内してくれるよう頼むと返事もなく、不貞腐れたような態度で対応。
スタッフから、別のスタッフへの強い言葉違いや、態度も最悪でした。
今後子供を通わせたいとは思いません。
 The reception staff feels good, but they can't understand the answer because they don't get the point.
Regarding the kids school, the coaches during the lesson looked good,
There is no incredible concern, such as letting a child who does not know the location for the first time go to the bathroom alone or not to guide him to the lesson location.
When I asked him to guide my child to the designated place, there was no reply and he responded with an unfaithful attitude.
The strong wording and attitude from one staff member to another was also the worst.
I don't want to let my children go in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ このコロナ禍の中、徹底的に対策がされていて、コロナ発生から途中で2ヶ月は休会しましたが、それ以外は現在も安心してジムに通っています。マスクはプールで泳ぐ以外は全ての場所で必須です。
In the midst of this corona illness, thorough measures were taken, and although I was adjourned for two months on the way from the outbreak of corona, I still go to the gym with peace of mind other than that. Masks are mandatory everywhere except swimming in the pool.

ジムも充実していると思いますが、あまり興味がないので行ったことがありません。
プールはなかなかのもので、仕事から帰ってきてから、泳ぐのですが、広々と泳いでいます。
歩くコース、ゆっくり泳ぐコース等、年代別にも配慮されており、結構、閉店の10時まで人が泳いでいます。
風呂も充実していて、とても気持ちがいいですよ。
風呂だけ来る人もいます。

I think the gym is also substantial, but I haven't been there because I'm not very interested in it.
The pool is pretty good, and I swim after returning from work, but I'm swimming spaciously.
Consideration is given to each age group, such as a walking course and a slow swimming course, and people are swimming until 10 o'clock when the store closes.
The baths are also substantial and it feels very good.
Some people only come to the bath.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and nice pool. Expect the occasional misunderstanding and some frustration if you don't speak Japanese. Also quite hard to swim at a good pace as the avg age is 60+.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regular membership gym and pool. We use those pace for the children's swimming lessons from 6 months of age up. Friendly instructors and clear goals for the children to work towards. The parent and child baby class is fun with lots of songs and movement activities to get baby accustomed to water. Changing facilities are basic and viewing area is limited.
