お寿司屋さんですが、おつまみなどの逸品も充実していてお酒と一緒に楽しめます。
盛り付けがとてもきれいで、どれを食べても味が良い!
その日の仕入れにもよると思うが、ステーキやピザもお願いすれば作ってもらえ、それらももちろん美味しい。
おそらく料理人本人がとてもこだわり屋で、おいしく食べることの探究心が強いと思う。
そして料理を通してお客さまに喜んでいただくことに幸せを感じているのだろう(^_^)
