ビールは樽を開けてから二日以内のもののみを注いでいるということで、実際に飲んでみると味・喉越し共に抜群でした。
料理も定番メニューとだけでなく、その日に業者から取り寄せた旬の素材を使った料理もありどれも非常に美味しかったです。
店主の方も非常に気さくな方で楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。
今回は一人呑みでしたが、次回は知り合いと共に来店しようと思ってます。
A small shop on the second floor of a building. Inside is a counter seat for about 10 people.
Beer was poured only within two days of opening the barrel, so when I actually drank it, the taste and throat were outstanding.
The dishes were not only the standard menu, but also the dishes using seasonal ingredients ordered from the traders on that day, all of which were very delicious.
The shop owner was very friendly and had a good time.
This time I was drinking alone, but next time I will come to the store with an acquaintance.
