ま	ままはち on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味はまずまずですが、無駄に待たされてイラッとしない時がないですね。最初は『たまたまかな？』と思っていましたが、4回連続となると常時のようです。空席がいくつもあるのに案内せず、こちらから『急いでいるんですが、あと何分待てばいいんですか？』と聞くと『カウンターでしたらどうぞ』と。すぐに案内出来るなら、入店したらカウンターでいいかどうか確認すべきでは？と思いました。隣の○リーズの接客を学んで欲しいです！！ The taste is good, but there are times when you don't get irritated by waiting in vain. Y	YUUJI K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 当方車椅子利用者。新潟大学病院のアメニティモール内のレストランなので車いすでの入退出と店内移動に問題無し。全席テーブル席で肘掛の高さが約67cmの私の車椅子でも席に付くことができました。店員さんも車椅子利用者の客には馴れているようで的確な対応をしてくれました。営業の日時が平日の昼間(11時～15時)であるところを除けば車椅子利用者にとって理想的なお店だと思います。なお､このお店の店員さんに対してのネガティブなクチコミがあることが非常に不思議です。 Our wheelchair user.
