우	우유 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、たこ焼き＆チキン食べ放題のプランを、お祝いプレートを付けていただけるクーポンで予約したのですが、予約をした次の日に｢プレート付けられません｣という旨の連絡があり、その際に何故付けられないのかの説明、また謝罪の一言もありませんでした。また来店した際に、チキンは人数分の個数だけその都度持ってくることを説明されました。一々注文するために店員さんを呼ぶのがめんどくさい上に、何故そのことを予約サイトに記入されておられないのでしょうか。プランの詳細に書いてあったメニューで、合ってていたものは3個ほどでした。他は全て違うものを、説明もなしに提供されました。アルコールも味が薄くて味付き水のようです。不信感が募りましたので、二度と行くことはないと思います。せっかく楽しいはずの新年会でしたが、最大限に楽しむことが出来ず、残念でした。改良して、良いお店になることを願います。ありがとうございました。 First of all, I made a reservation for an all-you-can-eat takoyaki & chicken plan with a coupon that allows you to attach a congratulatory plate, but the day after I made the reservation, I received a message saying "I can't attach a plate", and why?
