 I used it because there was a manga I wanted to read, but there is something stinking in the private room. I didn't finish reading the whole volume, so I used it twice, but it smelled the same. Are you cleaning properly?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ごく一部の店員ではあるが、接客が悪い。ポイント制度など理解していないし、それで間違っても謝りもしない。精算をやり直すことも面倒がって断られて損させられたので、二度といかない。
Although it is a small part of the clerk, the customer service is poor. I don't understand the point system, and I don't apologize if I make a mistake. It was troublesome to redo the settlement, and I was refused, so I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広くてとても落ち着くのだが、個別に部屋に鍵がかかり外出時等に使用する!精算は後払いだが荷物を置いて行くことで外出が出来る!ただし本の品揃えに少し不満があります!
It's spacious and very calm, but the room is individually locked and used when going out! The payment is postpaid, but you can go out by leaving your luggage! However, I am a little dissatisfied with the assortment of books!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for teleworking. The coffee is not the best but it's included along with a nice ice cream, so that's good. Not particularly recommend the teriyaki chicken but the green curry is really good. Same comment, not the best food but all the services that they give make the it worth it.
The bathrooms are very clean (except for the floor... It was quite sticky). They are well equipped, so lots of point's there.
The staff is very kind too, they do not speak English but they will help you anyway.
