★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約して1週間後の納車日前日になって部品がないので納車できないと連絡があり、その後連絡がないのでこちらから問い合わせの電話をかけたら、整備士から「納車の約束をしたのはそちら（私）の勝手な思い込み」と言われ、さらには「そちら（私）がいちゃもんをつけてくるから（整備後の）納車日の約束はできない」等々言われました。
後になって「こちらの説明不足で」と言い訳をされましたが、暴言についてこちらが「最後まですみませんの一言もないのか」と言ってようやく「すみません」と渋々言ってくる始末。接客業以前に人としてどうかしてます。
やはり中古のバイクは信頼のおける整備士の下で整備してもらいたいですし、このような対応をされればちゃんと整備されているのか不安で、安心して乗ることなんてできません。
気に入ったバイクだったので納車を楽しみにしていただけに非常に残念ですがその日のうちにキャンセルしました。
One week after the contract, one day after the delivery date, the day before the delivery date, I was informed that I could not deliver because there were no parts, and after that I did not receive a contact, so when I made an inquiry from here, the mechanic said, ``There was a promise of delivery (I)'s selfish belief," and even "I can't make a promise for the delivery date (after maintenance) because I (I) will be chasing me."
Later, I was made an excuse as "I didn't have enough explanation here," but when I said "Is there a word I'm sorry until the end?" about the abusive words, I finally reluctantly said "I'm sorry." I am doing something as a person before the hospitality business.
After all, I would like you to have a second-hand motorcycle serviced by a reliable mechanic, and I am not sure if it will be properly maintained, and I cannot ride with confidence.
It was my favorite bike, so I'm very sorry to have been looking forward to delivering it, but I canceled it the same day.

凄く安くて助かりました。
ただ問題が3つ
1.見積もりの計算間違い
2.記載にないミラー不足(問い合わせ後に送ってはくれました。)
3.記載にない速度メーターの不備(全く動きませんでした。)
購入前にメールにて
『ナンバーだけ用意すれば乗っても大丈夫か？ 他に問題はないか？』を、問い合わせて『問題ありません』とのお返事をいただけたので購入しましたが、この結果です。
現状販売品とのことで、ある程度は覚悟していましたが、明確な問題点が記載されていないとは思ってもいませんでした。
現状販売品だからこそ問題点があれば記載すべきだと思います。
1.2までは安いので許せましたが3はありえません。普通に嘘ですもの、原点されてしまいます。
安い代わりに、他店とは違い整備なし。にはそれなりの理由があるのだな、と教訓にはなりました。
ちょっと他にも嘘や問題がないか不安になってしまいます。
今後の対応で改善できれば追記いたします。
！追記！
直してもらった後は問題なく動いていました。
ただ4回目の走行で早くもライトか付かなく...夜に走行したのが初めてで、もしかしたら前からかもしれませんが...

It was very cheap and saved.
Just three problems
1. Wrong estimate calculation
2. Insufficient mirrors not listed (sent me after inquiry)
3. Inappropriate speed meter not mentioned (it didn't work at all)
