どうやら従業員にはいつ納車予定だから等の話は伝わっていない様子でした。
車両購入時（中古キャンピングカー）に「車検整備渡しですが、他の架装部分を含めて現状渡しになります。」と言われたが、さすがに納車2週間以内でATF漏れはダメでしょ。
修理対応を求めたら「現状渡しなので、今回は仕方なくクレーム対応として修理をしますが、次回は実費を頂きます。」と言われました。
いやいや。いくら現状渡しとは言え、車検整備をしてるんだから「仕方なく」って言い方は無いと思います。
まして納車されてから半年や1年も経ってからクレームで直してくれって言った訳じゃないんだから。
あと社長がお客と話をしている時にiQOSとは言え、吸いながら対応するのはどうかな？と思いました。
