★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの正社員が偉そうにしている会社です。改善を提案したところで正社員じゃない意見は通りませんでした。ホウレンソウが全く機能していないのか昨日言っていたことと真逆のことを平気で伝えてくる笑若い班長は気分屋でベテラン班長は怠慢。また、工場内はかなり汚くそこらじゅうにゴミ、部品が落下している。他の工場をオススメします。
It's a company that old-fashioned full-time employees look great on. When I proposed improvement, I didn't get the opinion that I wasn't a full-time employee. The young team leader is a mood shop and the veteran team leader is neglected. In addition, the inside of the factory is quite dirty and dust and parts are falling all over the place. We recommend other factories.
