ただし、スタジオを隣接していることと、特定のシュウ、曜日に関しては、かなり混み合い、待ちを要するため、時間にゆとりを持ち、行くことをお勧めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トレーナーの人も、親切丁寧に指導してくれるし、平日も、そんなに人が混み合っていない所が良かったです。結構、年配の方が多い気がしました。
The trainer also kindly and politely guides me, and it was good that the people were not so crowded even on weekdays. I felt that there were quite a lot of elderly people.
