J	John McDaniel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought every single houseware for my apartment at this shop. Amazing selection and great price for handcrafted Japanese dinnerware, pots, tea settings and sticks. Its worth the trip to Ginza for this. They also ship to other parts of the world.

Don't know why people say it's expensive -- the stuff out front is cheap and the first floor is all pretty reasonable for the quality. Second floor are more artistic and handmade pieces from a variety of famous pottery regions throughout Japan. Of course they're more expensive -- not outrageous by any means -- and of course you get what you pay for! I've bought a number of things here for myself and as gifts and always been very satisfied. Recently got a tinware sake cup that I just love!
S	Samir B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh this is easily the best store for Japanese clayware in the area. Walkable from the metro station. Top floor has the artistic, expensive collection. Nice staff who will pack the items very carefully, you can also buy nice clayware as gifts from Japan. But these are heavy, so be careful about how much you buy :)

The first floor is definitely cheaper, with a few exceptions, but the second floor is definitely expensive because it's all handmade. The second floor is also worth a look, if only for the craftsmanship and design. It's usually pretty crowded with not a lot of space to maneuver.

If you have limited time, this shop alone is good enough to stock up on the ceramics and wooden utensils. Also nice to get those tiny little spoons perfect for getting 1/2 tsp of matcha powder or to use for like salt and stuff. So awesome.
