日にもよりますが、ダンスの基本をやってもらえたり、最初のウォーミングアップもがっつりしないところが、体力に自信のない私にはとても合っていて、良かったです。
分からないところは、聞いたらしっかり教えて頂けるし、何より行ける時に行く！このスタイルが私にはピッタリです。ダンスをする、身体を動かすことの楽しさを、久しぶりに味わえています。
