野菜や花の苗類が豊富で、家庭菜園には良い店だと思う。
しかし、店員の殆どが「いらっしゃいませ」が言えない。
話し方も、悪い。
とても感じが悪い。
接遇研修を受けさせて、対応力などを身につけたら、良い店と言えるのに残念だ。

ポイントカードは面倒くさいので、「無いです」の一言でした。別に勧められないし...
それが
昨日は、レジの店員さんが、「無いです」と、いつものやり取りの後、
何とも感じ良く「良かったら、お作りしませんか？」って絶妙な間とタイミング！カウンターへ促されたのですが、
アナウンスしても、他の店員が来なくて、レジのお客さんが居ないからと、そのままレジの店員さんが、カードの登録までしてくれました。ちょっと焦ってる感じで画面入力を教えて下さいましたが感じが良いし、簡単に作れました。タッチ画面に生年月日と性別、電話番号だけでした。面倒くさいといわず、せっかくだから使いま～す♪
