k	kenji g on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の朝8時過ぎに訪問したら、駐車場はいっぱい。クロワッサン、バゲット、やっぱりフランス人の作るこれを食べたい(笑)大量買いせずに分かち合いましょう。クロワッサン、朝の8時30分には残り3個。で、そのクロワッサンのお味は、外側はかなり薄い皮でサクッとしていて内側はフワっとした重なりで軽い感じ。伝えるのが微妙に難しい。普通に市販されているクロワッサンよりデリケートな作りでした。そして一方、バゲット、カヌレともに外皮はしっかり厚みのある固さ。こちらは歯応え十分。どちらも真逆な志向で、なるほどーと納得しました。店内写真NGなので外観のみ。 If you visit after 8am on Sunday morning, the parking lot is full. も	もとちょ男 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本格的です。つくばパン巡り1店目。どうやら、つくばはパンが有名らしいという情報をいつどこで見たのか忘れましたが、思い出し、三連休は急遽つくばに来てみました。前日は土浦で一泊して、オープン時間に合わせて、30分刻みで色々回る所存です。ここは7:30からやっているという事でトップバッターです。値段は東京のパン屋さんと比べて、とても安いですね。コロナ？で2組ずつの入店なので、朝から行列です。オリーブのやつ、本格的で鮮烈でとても美味しいです。値段も安いし通いたいけど東京からは遠いから高速代がかかるのが悩みどころです。 It is full-scale.
