お味は横浜の総本山吉村家の味では無いが、ハッキリ言って、ラーメン店監修の即席ラーメンより明らかに完成度高い。豚、鶏、鶏油の配合バランスが絶妙。
本家のスープは醤油の塩分強いが、旭松食品のスープは塩分強くなく毎日飲みたくなる。
