a	autumn norimaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ビールやハイボールはメチャメチャ安いですが、日本酒メニューは充実していて珍しいお酒もあります。この前飲んだのは「メガネ専用プラス」宮城の蔵元で、全員メガネを掛けた蔵人さんが造ったお酒とのこと。白麹仕込みにより、クエン酸の酸味がプラスされた醸造酒です。クエン酸からレモンを想像して、酸っぱいと思いがちですが、日本酒の酸味はリンゴ酸の場合が多いそうで、あまり酸っぱいとは感じませんでした。酸っぱいと言うより重めでどっしりとした酸味で、しっかりとした味わいに仕上がっています。すっかり飲み過ぎてしまいました。 Beer and highball are very cheap, but the sake menu is extensive and there are some rare sakes.
