日々、メニューの追加や更新をされておられ、定番メニュー以外にもその日により、色々なメニューを置かれている様です。
パンはハード系やソフト系のブレットから惣菜パンまでバリエーションがあり、なかでも湯種パンは生地に弾力があり、風味豊かで大変美味しかったです。
また、パンの他にも、オーナー自らこだわって焙煎されるコーヒー豆も販売されておられます。
近々、店内にカフェスペースもオープンされる予定とのことで、また伺いたいと思います。
