★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回初めて鍼を打ってもらいました！初めての鍼は顔にやってもらったんですか手で顔を包んだ時に浮腫が取れたのを物凄く実感しました！
鍼を打つ時のチクッとさも(個人差はあると思います)痛気持ちい感じでした。効いてるなぁと凄く実感しました！

その日の体調や筋肉の状態をみて色々な方法でしていただけるので毎回終わった後は調子が良い状態でレースに行くことができています。

施術の他に脚の張りを予防する為のセルフケアの仕方なども教えてくださいました。
院長の内田さんの施術の技術も素晴らしく気さくな方でとても親しみやすかったです。

痛みの出ている箇所の相談をすると、とても丁寧に細かく肩の可動域や怪我の具合を確認してくださいました。マッサージをしながら鍼灸治療をしていただいたことで、凝り固まっていた肩周りや背中の筋肉がよくほぐれていくのが自分でもよくわかりました。
院長は古い友人ですが、昔から優しく気遣いもでき、良くないところはきちんと指摘してくれるのでとても信頼できます。
