たまたま私がその人に当たっただけかもしれないが、いい気持ちではなかった。言い方や言葉遣いを確認するべきだと思う。客は神ではないが、人によっては精神面が弱い人も居る。そのような人にも対応出来るようにするのが良いと思う。1部の店員がそのようなイメージだと店全体が悪いイメージに見えてしまう。もうここでは買い物はしない。
