★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新薬で在庫が無いと言うことで、次週の月曜日には入るとは聞いていたが、連絡が無く、私も忘れていて、一週間遅れで今日受け取りに行った。お金も支払い済で全く連絡貰えてなかったことに、徐々に頭に来て、窓口で爆発させた。お金を貰ってればええのか！わざわざ連絡先など最初に渡してるにも関わらず、不親切極まりない。窓口での対応も、全く反省が感じられなく、私に伝えていてやることはやっている感じの、私の言葉に被せて言い訳。二度とここでは薬は貰わないと思った。

Even though I gave the contact information first, it was extremely unfriendly. I didn't feel any remorse at the counter, and I felt like I was doing what I was telling, so I made an excuse over my words. I thought I would never get any medicine here.
