接客は良くはないけど、そんなに悪くもない。
売場面積の関係なのか、商品配置をあまり考えていないようで、関連商品を探すのに少し手間取ることがある。
客に商品の場所等を尋ねられて無い時に、謝辞の無い店員が居たり、その後のフォローがほぼ無いのは接客益田クォリティなので仕方ないよね。
It's very nice to have seasonal products in a prominent place, and I like it.
The customer service is not good, but not so bad.
It seems that they don't think much about product placement, probably because of the sales floor area, so it may take some time to find related products.
When the customer does not ask for the location of the product, there is a clerk who does not acknowledge it, and there is almost no follow-up after that because it is Masuda quality, so it can not be helped.
