W	Wakako on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段から行きますが、今日の店員さんの対応がびっくりでした。Oさんという20代くらいの方、ある品物の場所を聞いたら知らなかったらしく、あるとしたらどの棚にあるのかもわからなかったらしく、なんとなくそれらしき棚に近づきずーっとうーんと見渡すだけで…待ちきれずこちらが「ないということですかね？」「売り切れちゃったんですかね？」「わかりました！大丈夫です、ありがとうございます。」と話を終えました。今までお見かけしたことのない方なので新しい方かもしれないし、場所を知らないなら知らないでいいので、調べてくれるとか他の店員さんに聞いてくれるとか何にしてもテキパキ対応頂きたかったです。暇つぶしでお店に行っているわけではないので…。忙しそうにしている店員さんに声をかけるのも申し訳なかったため、ぼんやり棚を見つめてDaisoエプロンをしていなければお客さんにしか見えなかった方に聞いてしまった私も悪かったのかもしれません。とにかく「あなたは何のためにここに？」と聞きたくなる対応でした。普段は特に問題なく利用させていただいているので星みっつにしましたが、今日に関しては星ゼロです。 I usually go there, but I was surprised at how the clerk responded today.
