★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銀行員さんは、冷たい感じや愛想がない感じなイメージ（実際の体験から）しかなかったが、担当していただいた方、素晴らしかったです。
笑顔あり、丁寧なのは当たり前ですが柔らかな言葉遣いと対応、非常に気持ちよく利用出来ました。
また、他の視点ではやってくれなかったことも調べてくださって助かりました。
また担当していただきたいくらいです。
The bank clerk had only an image of being cold and unfriendly (from the actual experience), but the person in charge was wonderful.
It is natural that there is a smile and politeness, but I was able to use it very comfortably with soft language and correspondence.
