道路を挟んだ反対側にも駐車場があるのですが、横断歩道もない大通りを横切らなければならないので大変です。

真ん中の窓口で
定額自動送金の解約と新規の手続きをしました。
記入の仕方がよくわからない為、
年配の女性行員の方に聞きながら書こうとすると、ろくに質問を聞こうともせずに、いっぱい書くとこ有るから
あっちで書いてくれ…
と、実に不親切な態度でした。
前回は、同じ解約と新規の手続きを、
口座開設した南新潟支店でやりましたが
その時は、案内係の女性行員の方が
記入時に上手にフォローして下さり、
書き損じる事も無く、5分以内に
窓口に出す事が出来ましたが。
さてこの度は、
2回書き損じ、再度依頼書を貰い
えらく時間がかかりました。
いつも行く、近所の鳥屋野支店、
南新潟支店さんは、とても親切丁寧なので、今後、大形支店には行く事は
100％無いですと。
個人でも、法人でも
とても不快でした。
定額自動送金は、手数料高いのにね。

I missed writing twice and got the request again
It took a long time.
I always go to the nearby Toyano branch,
The Minami Niigata branch is very kind and polite, so I will not go to the large branch in the future.
