★ ★ ★ ★ ★ キャッシュカードの磁気不良で、再発行しにうかがいました。クレジットカード付きで、そちらは使えたので、窓口の方には "確認後は返してください" と伝えました。が、窓口とは違う方がハサミを入れて破棄してくれました。『要返却』と付箋でも貼っておけば防げたこと。その後もグタグダな謝罪で大変不愉快。不安な支店です...。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 北銀が統合され第四のATMを初めて利用。
通帳が終わってしまい、窓口で新しい通帳を作って下さいとの事で不便でした。
統合されてもATMで自動的に新しい通帳作ってくれると思ってたのに残念です。
休日だったので再度平日行くのも困ったものです。
勝手に統合したのに旧北銀客だけ不便を強いられているのかな。
The North Bank was integrated and used the fourth ATM for the first time.
It was inconvenient because the passbook was over and I was asked to make a new passbook at the counter.
It's a pity that I thought that ATM would automatically create a new passbook even if it was integrated.
It was a holiday, so it was a problem to go there again on weekdays.
I wonder if only the former North Bank customers are inconvenienced even though they have been integrated without permission.
