★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 騒音がとにかく酷い環境です。社会人が多く暮らしているにも関わらず一部の住人が夜中どんちゃん騒ぎしているので家＝ゆっくりできる場所ではありませんでした。
 The environment is extremely noisy. It was not a place where I could relax at home because some residents were making a lot of noise in the middle of the night despite many working adults.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 共同で他人と暮らす生活なので多少のトラブルはつきものです。ただ賃貸と比較すると壁などが非常に薄いので他の住居者の音（足音、ドライヤー音など）などは必ず部屋にいても聞こえてきます。神経質な方にはお勧めいたしません。
Since we live together with other people, some troubles are inevitable. However, compared to renting, the walls are very thin, so the sounds of other residents (footsteps, dryer sounds, etc.) will always be heard even in the room. Not recommended for nervous people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレやキッチンなど自室以外は定期的に掃除してもらえます。ネット回線など契約せずに使えるので入退去が楽でした。
他のレビューにも書かれている騒音については0ではないですが、壁の薄さも含め普通だと思います。メリットも考えると総じて楽(^^)
短期でも住めるらしいので試しに住むのもありかと
宮城に戻ったらまた検討します。
You can regularly clean the restroom, kitchen, etc. except for your own room. It was easy to enter and leave because you can use it without having to sign up for an internet connection.
The noise written in other reviews is not 0, but I think that it is normal including the thinness of the wall. Considering the merits, it is generally easy (^ ^)
It seems that you can live in the short term, so it might be a good idea to try it.
I will consider again when I return to Miyagi.

近隣に全物件あるので全部見せていただけます。
結果、引っ越しは保留になったので住むことはありませんでしたが
説明も丁寧でコロナ対策もしっかりされていて、とても親身に対応頂きとても嬉しかったです。
また引っ越す機会が来た際はお世話になりたいです。
