腕は確かで、おいしい料理を楽しめる。

メニューはなく、その時お店にあるもので、適宜提供してくれる。
大体三時間何も考えずに飲んで食って５０００円ちょっと超えるぐらい(当社調べ)。自分へのご褒美としてよく訪問していました。
食材(魚)は基本的に店主自ら卸売市場へ赴き、仲買から仕入れた絶品&時々希少食材と、その他お客さんからの差し入れされた魚、野菜、米。
仙台勤務時代、このお店には、ほかでは味わえない、本当に美味しいものを教えてもらった。仙台を離れてしばらく経つが、未だに行きたくなってしまう。隠れた名店、いや、隠れ過ぎた名店。
