★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸のフローリングをアイロンを倒してダメにしてしまい、退去前に工事依頼致しました。
現場を見に来ていただいた時に、白いフローリングなので、光の具合で元通りは難しいとの事を言われたので、まあ、今よりマシならいいか、くらいで、正直言ってあまり期待したいなかったです。
しかし、いざ直してもらってびっくり…！
どこが工事箇所か、本気でわかりませんでした…‼︎
酷い状態で、総張り替えを覚悟していたのですが、これは絶対に免れるでしょう。たすかりました。。。本当にありがとうございました。。
他店にも見積もりを依頼していましたが、現場を事前に見に来てくださったり、正直に難しいかもしれないと言ってくださったのはケーズさんだけでした。その点がすごく信頼できました。
メールが繋がりにくい事もあったりしましたが、これだけ腕のいい職人さんなので、他のところでも引っ張りだこで、お忙しいんだろうな〜と思いました。
なので、これからケーズさんを検討される方は余裕を見てご依頼頂くといいんじゃないかと思います。
もう2度と自分は頼む事がないように部屋を綺麗に使うつもりですが、何があったらケーズさんにまたお願いしたいです。おうちの傷などで困ってる知人がいたら間違いなくケーズさんをおすすめしたいと思ってます！

When I came to see the site, I was told that it would be difficult to restore it because of the white flooring, so I wonder if it should be better than it is now, and to be honest, I don't want to expect much. It was.
However, I was surprised to have it fixed ...!

I was prepared for a total replacement in a terrible state, but this will definitely be avoided. It saved me. .. .. I'm really thankful to you. ..
I asked other stores for quotations, but K's was the only one who came to see the site in advance and honestly said that it might be difficult. I was very confident in that point.
Sometimes it was difficult to connect to e-mails, but since he is such a good craftsman, he is sought after in other places, so I thought he might be busy.
Therefore, I think that those who are considering K's from now on should make a request with a margin.
I plan to use the room cleanly so that I will never ask again, but I would like to ask Mr. K's again if anything happens. If you have an acquaintance who is having trouble with your wounds, I definitely recommend K's!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フローリングの深い傷、アルミサッシの塗装剥げなど数箇所の補修でお世話になりました。
フローリングは最初、他の業者さんに補修していただいたのですが、色味が全く合っておらず補修箇所が目立つため、ケーズさんに再補修をお願いしました。
色味が完璧で補修箇所が全くわからなくなったことにも感動しましたが、補修箇所の耐久性も考えて施工してくださっている点が他の職人さんとは違うなと思いました。(他の職人さんが補修されたところは目立つ上に、数日後にクレヨン？で塗ったような塗装が簡単に落ちてきました…)
とても気さくで職人さんっぽいサッパリとしたお人柄の方で、補修の技術は本当に神業です！！
今後も補修が必要になった際は、必ずお願いさせていただこうと思います。

He is a very friendly and craftsman-like person with a refreshing personality, and the repair technique is really a divine work! !!
If repairs are needed in the future, I will definitely ask for it.

新居も今後やんちゃな子どもが傷付けたりしてしまう可能性大なので（笑）、その時はまたお願いしようと思います。

ずっと気になっていて、ほぼ毎日その傷を見るたびに憂鬱でした。
玄関ドアの交換も考えましたが、50万円ぐらいかかるので、ずっと保留にしていました。
検索して修理できるのを知って、こちらに問い合わせしました。すぐにお返事もいただけました。
傷部分の画像をメールで送って、見積もりしてもらいました。
施工後、見積もり通りの金額をお支払いしました。追加料金もありませんでした。
金属部分の凹みはきれいに消えて、木目も再現されていて、感動しました。

メールでの金額提示ややり取りは迅速で、事前にホームページや動画など見させて頂いていたので、安心しておまかせしましたが、予想以上の仕上がりでした！
修理箇所が多くて、予算のこともあり絞ってしまいましたが全部おまかせすれば良かったと思いました笑
