★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 綺麗な店舗、丁寧な説明より大事なことは品質でしょう？購入してとりに行ったら、レンズのがたつきがあり、その場で修理出来ず、日をあらため取りに行かされた。びっくり仰天!! 二度と行かないでしょう！
 Quality is more important than a clean store and careful explanation. When I bought it and went to pick it up, I couldn't repair it on the spot due to the rattling of the lens, so I had to go to pick up the day again. I'm surprised and amazed !! I'll never go again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日、眼鏡を注文しました。担当してくれた山口さんという店員さんが親切丁寧に対応してくれてとても満足です。値断もお安くて追加料金とかがないのがとてもありがたいです。
I ordered glasses today. I am very happy that the clerk in charge, Mr. Yamaguchi, responded kindly and politely. I am very grateful that the price is cheap and there is no additional charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの接客は大変よかったですが、閉店間際客は私一人になり、店長は私の目の検査をしていて客に対して、威圧する様な言い方をしたり、説教をする様な事を言い始め、私はこの人から眼鏡を買いたくないと思いました。そして腹いせかわかりませんが、ひどい事を言われました。「うちの系列店で眼鏡をつくれないようにします、それと他の眼鏡店でも作れないようにします」と言われました。帰り際、横柄な態度をした事に対し謝罪も全くなかったです。
The staff were very happy with the service, but I was the only customer close to the store when the store closed, and the manager was inspecting my eyes and saying something intimidating or preaching to the customer. To start, I didn't want to buy glasses from this person. And I don't know if I'm angry, but I was told something awful. "I try not to make eyeglasses at one of our affiliated stores, nor at any other eyeglass store," he said. On my return, I didn't apologize for his arrogant attitude.

電話でお伺いした際に店舗側のミスにもかかわらず、
不貞腐れた態度での謝罪。
その後２回ともそのスタッフの方にあたりましたが、話し方が敬語ではない時もあり見下した口調でとても不愉快に感じました。接客業をとる方とは思えずとても残念です。

検査して必要なければ眼鏡を購入しなくても良いと言ってもらえます。
他の店舗に行かないので比較できませんが、フレーム展示数もある方かと思います。
