 I had to call Nippon Express to return the rental item of Mega Egg, so I called and had it picked up at my house. It was okay even on Sunday, so I was saved.

受取日変更をしようと電話したら、挨拶ができない、返事ができない、最後はガチャ切り。
ついでに送り状番号伝えても、データがない。と言われる始末。（こちらはホームページで運送状況を確認した上で、載ってた番号に電話）
人手不足かもしれませんが、せめて外部とやり取りするスタッフは教育しましょうよ。。。

When I call to change the pick-up date, I can't say hello, I can't reply, and at the end I cut the gacha.
Even if I tell you the invoice number, there is no data. The disposition that is said. (Check the shipping status on the homepage and call the number listed here)
It may be labor shortage, but at least let's educate the staff who interact with the outside. .. ..
