The first good thing I like is it is near a Yamanote line train station (aka hamamasucho) that also have a airport link
Second it have the oedo line which is very good because this line can bring you to anywhere in tokyo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a subway station. 2 lines get in this station. Toei Asakusa line which directly connected from Keikyu Line and Toei Oedosen. A little bit complicated but not such bad.
