サービス業なのに水曜定休日、年末年始もお役所並みに休んでまーす。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プールとジムがあります。どちらも設備は必要最低限といった感じ。
プールは多少年季が入ってますが、清潔感には問題ありません。ジムはランニング系、筋力トレーニング系どちらも複数種類あり、よほど拘る人でなければ用は足りるはず。
一番いいポイントはそんなに利用者が多くないことです。ランニングも60分が最大利用時間と長めに利用でき、全部埋まってることはあまりありません。初級(運動不足解消)〜中級(何かの競技のために筋トレしてる方)には十分オススメできる施設です。
There is a pool and gym. Both are like the minimum necessary equipment.
The pool is somewhat old, but there is no problem with cleanliness. There are multiple types of gyms, both running and strength training, so if you are not very concerned, you should have enough.
The best point is that there are not so many users. 60 minutes of running can be used for a long time with the maximum usage time, and it is not so full. It is a facility that can be recommended for beginners (resolving shortages of exercise) to intermediate (those who are training for something).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めてプール利用しました。建物は古め。更衣室からプールまでの距離が長いです。体を温められる部屋があり、嬉しかったです。ドライヤー、脱水機とあったら嬉しいもの揃ってました。
I used the pool for the first time. The building is old. The distance from the changing room to the pool is long. I was happy that there was a room where I could warm my body. I would be happy if I had a hair dryer and a dehydrator.

会員とビジターがあるようでしたが、会員になっても権利を使いきれるか？また、継続利用出来るか？が課題となり、今回は
使ってもビジターかなぁ、、と思いました。
汗を流した後は、風呂にも入りたいですが、週末とかには混むときもあるみたいで、ちょっと様子を観たいとおもいます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎日同じ時間にくるおっさんがサウナの中の"黙浴"の貼り紙の前で一生くっちゃべってます。
ずーっと誰かにくっついて行動しながらくっちゃべってます。
もう少し綺麗になったり、広くなったら嬉しいですが設備にはそれほど不満はありません。
