★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフさんの方々が、すごくいい。また、気安く多方面において相談しやすい環境を作られていること、個室なので入居者が好きな料理を作れたり、手芸など好きな趣味も出来たりもするし、フラットで掃除もしやすい部屋となっていてそのため入居者自身も掃除もできるし、プライバシーももちろん守られている。一方、逆にセンサーのような機械が各室にあって動きがあるかないかで見守れるというシステムを導入している。また機械のみならず人の見守りもしている。スタッフ看護士さんの定期的検診で病気が見つかって大事に至らなかったケースや階下には幾つかの科のクリニック＆処方箋薬局があり、天候が悪い時でも入居者は自分一人でもスタッフさんと一緒でも通院出来る。さらに、ホーム自身が名古屋市の病院の情報にもたけていると思う。入居者の家族が遠方に住まざるを得ない状況や体調が悪い時期にあっても十分安心できる。セキュリティーももちろんある。一人一人の入居者さんの生活をその人の体調のみならず、性格であるとか、趣味であるとか、家族の希望する生活の仕方(例えば、出来るだけ自立して頑張って過ごして欲しいというような)の要望も受け入れてくれ、その人その人の生活を入居者自身のみならず+家族の要望する生活の仕方をカスタマイズ出来るという事である。各室設備や他の設備も良く、レクリエーションにも積極的。また定期的にスタッフさん、入居者、入居者家族が出席する会議があり、欠席した家族には結果報告が届く。
オープンされて随分年数がたっているが、老人ホームのお手本となるホームだと思う。
