名字しか呼ばず同じ名字がいると問題が起きることも。
医師と受付やその他の連携もとれておらず
かなり時間を無駄にしました。
追記。
ここで見てもらったあと、べつの病院にいくと
あと一歩で大惨事になるところでした。
オススメはいたしません。
The waiting time is long and the reception desk is not salty.
Problems may arise if only the last name is called and there is the same last name.
There is no reception or other cooperation with doctors
I wasted a lot of time.
Addendum.
After seeing here, I went to another hospital
It was about to become a catastrophe in one more step.
I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前に家族の件で電話問い合わせしましたが、受付の電話に出た女性に驚きました。横柄と言う次元では無い。医療従事者にあるまじき対応。せめて電話を保留にしてから毒を吐いて下さい。聞こえています。
看護師、医師については分かりません。とても良い対応なのかも知れませんが。
I made a phone call about my family before, but I was surprised at the woman who answered the reception phone. It is not a dimension called arrogance. Serious support for medical professionals. At least put the phone on hold and then spit out the poison. I can hear you.
I don't know about nurses and doctors. It may be a very good response.

看護師さんもいいのですが
1人を覗いては良いですよ（2人しかいないのですが）1人は最低な看護師ですね
辞めて貰いたいです。（酷い事をされたので）
The teacher is of course kind and nice. The receptionist is also kind.
A nurse is also nice
It's okay to look into one (though there are only two), one is the worst nurse
I want you to quit. (Because I did something terrible)
