市役所ってどこもゆったりしてると思ってたけど証明書出すくらいならもっと速いです。
歩いてる職員もだらだら歩いてる人多くて待たされてる身としてはイライラした。
印鑑証明待ちしてたら、待ち合い席から見て左横の課の窓口近くに座ってる緑の服着た中年女性職員がなぜか長々とじーっとこちらを見てきて凄く不快だった。
岡山ではよくあるのか知りませんが、県外では非常識なのでやめた方がいいですよ。
The procedure was slow and there were mistakes.
I thought that the city hall was spacious, but it's faster than issuing a certificate.
It was frustrating for me to be waiting because there were many walking staff members who were sloppy.
When I was waiting for the seal certificate, a middle-aged female employee in green clothes sitting near the window on the left side of the waiting seat looked at me for a long time and was very uncomfortable.
I don't know if it's common in Okayama, but it's insane outside the prefecture, so you should stop.
