★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 遺品の金とプラチナとバッグを売ろうと思い以前他のお店に行ったのですが買取り価格に納得できず、最近OPENした大黒屋に伺いました。店長さんの接客が素晴らしく、またお値段も納得のいくものでした。店内もとても清潔で入りやすかったです。普通のリサイクルショップと違い査定中に店長さんとプライベートのお話などできて楽しかったです。査定が終了した後チケットの方を見させて頂いたのですがチケットの使い方も丁寧に説明して頂きました。さすが大手は違うなと思いました。また伺いたいと思います。

とても思入れがあり、大切に使っていましたがどうしても手放さなくては行けなくなり、先日オープンしました、大黒屋 4号線幸手店様に買取のお願いを致しました。
女性の店員さんの対応が、とても親切丁寧で時計の思い出の話なども、聞いてもらえてこの方のなら買取してもらっても安心できると思いました。
値段を提示してもらった時には、私が思っていた以上に高額査定でしたので、大変満足致しました。金額だけではなく、女性の店員さんの接客にも大変感心したので、また機会がありましたら是非利用させて頂きたいと思っております。

あと、引き取ってもらえたことの他に、何よりも対応してくれた店員さんが優しくて良かったです。初めてで緊張してても、知らないことは説明してくれてとても丁寧に応対してくれました。
