★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 決して美味しくないわけではないが、全体的な感想としてはコストに見合ったものではないと感じました。
良かったものは和牛（肉の厚みも丁度よく、味付けや柔らかさといった食感も良い）、幽庵焼き（ちょっと濃いめで味がよく染み込んで良かった）でした。添えられたフキの葉を辛旨くにたものだそうですが、これも美味しかったです。
前菜、サラダ（鮮度ない）、お造り、味噌汁は平凡で山菜とタケノコの天ぷらも普通でした。デザートも可もなく不可もなくという感じでした。

The good ones were Wagyu beef (the meat is just right in thickness and the texture such as seasoning and tenderness is good), and Yuan-yaki (it was a little thick and the taste was good). It seems that the butterbur leaves that were attached were spicy, but this was also delicious.
Appetizers, salads (not fresh), sashimi, and miso soup were mediocre, and edible wild plants and bamboo shoot tempura were also common. It felt like dessert was neither good nor bad.
