C	Chris Brooks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I remember when this place opened, I used to come here regularly until the last several years when I haven’t been around Nakameguro so much. The cafe upstairs is fantastic, there’s still a great selection of art and architecture books in particular. However, the volume of books seems like it’s began to get smaller while they have started selling more stuff like designer t-shirts and other non book items. The really fantastic music section on the second floor is now almost totally gone and it’s been replaced with a bunch more kids books. It used to be a great lace to explore jazz from all over the world, Japanese folk and rock, and now that section is totally gone. Overall T-Site is still great but it’s starting to feel more like an American style book store where people buy toys for their kids and sit at Starbucks and less like a proper book store. So, if you live nearby, it makes sense to drop in, but If you want books go to Jinbocho.

Look at books, read books, relax with books, buy books, and spend your whole day with books. Of course most of the books are in Japanese, but they have the largest amount of English books too. The first floor is all about books, books, and books and some cafes. The second floor is a work place that you can rent hourly or daily. A free food and drink service comes with the rent. It is a super recommended place if you want to spend a slow, quiet day with books.
