生徒を就職させて助成金が欲しいため、圧をかけて早く就職させようとします。
生徒の幸せを願っているとか、世に羽ばたかせたいとかいう話もされましたが、こちらの希望は聞いてくれませんし、就職相談も具体的なアドバイスはありません。
最終的には税金掛かってるんで、はやく就職してくださいねと言われる始末でした。
事情がありすぐに就職できなくなった趣旨を伝えても、何度も就職出来そうですかと聞かれるので基本的にはこちらの言い分は伝わらないと考えた方がよさそうです。
体調不良等で休むと、休むなと言われるので気を付けてください。
グループ会社への就職斡旋はありますが、他会社への求人はないため注意が必要です。
早く就職したい人は職業訓練に行かず、就職活動した方が早いとは思いますが…。
