こちらから連絡しないと連絡は一切来ないし、不具合あって連絡したらすぐ来てはくれても、その後連絡が来ることがなく、まだ解決もなく、間違った選択をしてしまったと思いました。
その後どうですか？とちょいちょい連絡するものですよね、普通は。
こういう業者って、終わってからの対応が大事なんだと思いますよね。残念ですね。
