入居者家族が利用する駐車場のど真ん中に喫煙所があり、ケアマネージャーやスタッフが集団で足を組んで座って煙草をスパスパ、異様な風景です。何年か前には入居者さんが飛び降り自殺された事があるようなのに、窓から下を覗ける天井までの大窓には、転落防止柵もありません。土日、平日18時以降は事務所は常に空っぽ。平日昼間も他人が受付を通さず居室に行き可能。恐すぎます。特に受付の管理など何もされていません。入居者居室の廊下は防犯カメラもありません。認知症気味の入居者さんが、屋外に出ても気付かないようで、「気付いた方は事務所にお知らせください」と張り紙がしてあります。退去家族から色々話が回るようで、同業施設に何ヵ所か回りましたが“あそこはね～(苦笑)”と、評判はよくありませんでした。。
