じっくり悩んで形を決めたあと、店員と話をしようと探していたら、私たちの声に気づいて近づいて来てくれた女性店員が、教育係りらしき男性店員に『店内の客を相手にしろ！』と一言一句忘れない発言を一メートルの範囲で言われました。
車を買うのを迷っていて、こんなことを目の前で言われて安心して車を買えますか？
入店すぐに店内に入らない客は来るなってことです。悩む人は他のところで購入するのがいいです。
御殿場店のみこの対応をされました。

10年以上乗ってるMOVEのラジエーター交換をやってもらいました。
自宅に帰ってから新品のラジエーターを見ようとボンネット開けたらネジが1つコロンとフィンの上に転がってました…。
ネジが転がってたら誰でも一瞬固まりますね。
道中落ちなかったド根性ネジですね。
整備で外したネジはトレーに置くとかルールが無いのかな?
整備中出された飲み物とお菓子は入れ物もオシャレで美味しかったです。

それをフォローするベテランスタッフの様子が見れないのが残念でした。
なんか店はキレイでも、成熟されていない感が強く感じました。

忙しいのかもしれないが、そんな対応では買う気も失せる。
長泉のダイハツさんの方が対応が良かった。
