★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内の応対は丁寧でよいのですが、修理に出すとそれまで動いていたドアミラーを壊されて「壊れていたので配線を切りました」と言われたり、代車に擦り傷を作ってしたい、保険会社と調整の上、自費修理をお願いしたら、あからさまに不機嫌な対応をされ、プロとしていかがなものかと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新車で買ったところなので、点検その他で利用してます。最近の車は電装関係が多く下手に手を出せないので、安心を買うと思ってディーラーでの整備に出しています。ここは、店内もキレイで、サービスの方も礼儀正しく接してくれます。
I bought it with a new car, so I use it for inspection and other purposes. Since recent cars have a lot of electrical equipment and I can't put out my hands poorly, I think that I will buy it at ease and I will send it to the dealer for maintenance. Here, the inside of the store is clean, and the service staff will treat you politely.

待ち時間もダイハツカフェで飲み物とお菓子を頂けます。 点検時に洗車機を通してくれるのも有難いです。
購入後長年利用して居るが結構スタッフが入れ替わって居る気がする。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル漏れ修理を頼んだら、時間はかかってもきっちり直してくれたのは良いが、せっかく直ったナビが修理に出した時に動作しなくなって、「最初から壊れてましたよね？」というお粗末(修理箇所以外の状態を確認していない)な対応。結局ナビを動かなくしたまま黙って引き渡された。ここで新車買い替えも検討していたが、横の連携ができてなく、担当者が違うといちいち説明しなければならないため面倒くさくなってやめた。オイル漏れはメーカー保証を教えて直してくれたので星２つ。

(We have not confirmed the condition other than the repaired part). In the end, he was silently handed over with the navigation system still. I was also considering replacing the new car here, but I stopped because it was troublesome because I had to explain that the person in charge was different because I could not cooperate horizontally. The oil leak was fixed by telling me the manufacturer's warranty, so it was 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お客さんかお店の人かわからないけど､道路(五日市街道)に出るとき左右に横断歩道が有って横断歩道側の信号が青､渡ろうとしているおばあさんの目の前を勢いよく確認もしないまま通過。これは立派な横断歩行者等妨害の違反です。車のドライバーは渡ろうとしている歩行者を待つのが決まりじゃないの？おばあさんもビックリして怖い表情をし恐る恐る渡ってました。少しタイミングがずれていたら事故になっていたかもしれません。私も目の前で一部始終を目撃しとてもヒヤヒヤしました。道路交通法を知らないドライバーに車のハンドルを握る資格は無いと思います。
