今日はチョコレートのケーキを食べましたが、スワンのシュークリームが可愛かったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 種類が少ない。ケーキは小さく、値段は高い。誕生日プレートを書いてもらったが、家に帰ってみたら、名前を間違えられていた。普通は書いた後に確認するはずだが、一切見せてくれなかったので、誕生日会でケーキの箱を開けるまで気付かなかった。箱を開けたら名前が間違っていて、最悪だった。モンブランもひっくり返っていた。普通はケーキが倒れないように、輪っかで隙間を埋めるはずだが、そういったものが一切入ってなく、丸くて安定の悪いモンブランがひっくり返っていた。モンブランはアルミで包んだだけの状態で、カップなどにも入っていない。とても丁寧に運んだので、こちらのミスではない。私自身ケーキ屋で働いていたこともあり、今まで何百個もケーキを運んできたが、ひっくり返したことはないので、完全にお店の包装ミスであり、こちらに非はない。名前を間違えたり、ケーキをひっくり返すのは、ケーキ屋として基本がなっていない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クリームとメレンゲが美味しい、静かな住宅街のケーキ屋さんです。以前はイオンに店舗が入ってました。
いつの間にか、お店の前にちょっと休めるテラス席が出来てました。
ケーキとしては、文法的に難しい、お酒や独特のフレーバーなどを強く打ち出したというよりかは、しっかりしたクリームの風味のケーキというケーキ屋さんになります。かといって、昭和の懐かしい味というわけでもないのです。懐かしいけど新しい…？ような？？
かわいい缶に入った、メレンゲやクッキー、マドレーヌ、プチガトーなども多々あり、プレゼントにも。
メレンゲが得意のようで、かわいい瓶に入った、これまたかわいいメレンゲが目を引きました。
