駐車場は水が流れないから雪が積もり放題だし、断水してても冬場はお湯の配管？が凍ってお湯が出なくなる

お風呂場の排水口にたくさんの髪の毛の固まりや、キッチンの排水口の黒カビはすごかったです。立ち会いのもとで『クリーニングしているんですよね？』と聞くと、『クリーニングはしていると思います。』との回答。ハウスクリーニングしてるとは到底思えないです。今でもキッチンは黒カビ臭いです。大家さんはいい人なので?1で。

写真はキッチンの換気扇の中です。物件を借りるとき、初期費用の中にクリーニング代46,200円をとるのはどうかと思います。
