み	みみみみやび on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お蕎麦屋さんです。国道３９６号線の大迫バイパス沿いにお店があります。駐車場は有りです。店の目の前が砂利になっていてそこに駐車が可能です。１２月から２月の期間は冬季営業期間で１１時３０分からの営業になるようです。通常営業と比べて３０分遅い営業になるので注意が必要です。店内は、テーブル席が５席、座敷の小上りの席が３席ありました。店内は和風で清潔感がありレトロな家電などもおいてありました。海老の天ぷらが気になっていたので訪れてみました。今回は、「穴子天丼セット」と「特大えび天ぷら」の単品をいただきました。いただいた感想としは蕎麦も天ぷらもとても美味しくて満足でした。先に蕎麦をいただきましたが、普通の蕎麦より若干細めの蕎麦でした。冷たい水で締めたのがわかるくらい冷たい蕎麦で、喉越しや歯ごたえがあり美味しかったです。癖になる冷たい盛りそばでした。天ぷらに関しては、丼もののお椀からはみ出るくらいの穴子の天ぷらと、海老の身が厚みがある天ぷらで見た目も驚きました。穴子はふわふわで、外側はサクサクで美味しかったです。丼ものにかかってた天ぷら用の甘ダレも甘しょっぱさがちょうどよくご飯は進むタレでした。海老の天ぷらは、特に専用のタレや汁などはなかったです。抹茶の塩でいただきました。海老はぷりぷりとした食感がわかるくらい厚みがあり、長さもあり美味しかったです。抹茶の風味と海老の風味が合わさりとても美味しかったです。蕎麦、天ぷらともに満足でした。海老の天ぷらは少し高めですが食べる価値はあると思います!
