桜の時期3/28（火）に行きましたが12時半頃近辺に着き、大渋滞で駐車場とめるまで2時間弱かかりました。
 It is an ordinary parking lot.
I went on March 28th (Tue) during the cherry blossom season, but arrived at around 12:30, and it took a little less than 2 hours to stop the parking lot due to heavy traffic.

出入口は意外と車の通りも少なく、
利用しやすいです。
屋外駐車場で平面自走です。
料金が高いのはまぁ仕方がないですね。
I always use this when coming to Osaka Castle.
Surprisingly there are few streets of the car for the entrance and exit,
It is easy to use.
It is self-propelled on flat surface at outdoor parking lot.
Well it can not be helped that the charge is expensive.

ある程度広いので回転率が高く、並んでいても意外と早く入れます

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バイク?で行きました。このパーキングの横に無料で停めれます?通常の大型バイクも入れますが、たぶんハーレーとかの横幅の大きめのバイクは無理だと思います。
